These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of rothvalewealth.com (the "Site") and the digital products sold on it (the "Products"), operated by Rothvale Wealth ("we," "us," "our"). By purchasing a Product or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
Rothvale Wealth sells digital educational publications ("Ebooks") on personal finance topics, delivered as downloadable PDF files, individually or as part of a bundle ("The Rothvale Wealth Library"). All Products are digital goods with no physical shipment.
All content in our Products is general educational information only. It does not constitute personalized financial, investment, tax, legal, insurance, or real-estate advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Purchases on the Site are processed by Gumroad, a third-party payment and digital-delivery platform. When you make a purchase, you are also subject to Gumroad's own terms of service and privacy policy. We do not directly collect or store your payment card information.
Upon successful payment, Products are delivered digitally and instantly through Gumroad, typically via a download link and/or confirmation email. You are responsible for retaining your own copy of any files you purchase.
If a Product isn't right for you, contact us within 7 days of purchase at the email address below for a refund. Refund requests outside this window will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
All content in our Products — including text, worksheets, cover artwork, and branding — is the property of Rothvale Wealth and is protected by copyright. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Products for your own individual, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or reproduce our Products, in whole or in part, without our prior written permission.
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems, or to interfere with the Site's normal operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rothvale Wealth and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable Product.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rothvale Wealth operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
